Joe LThe location was very convenient. The staff was nice but only one person works. I had to wait until store was empty in order for the worker to lock the store up and come to the parking lot. I was given the correct truck per my reservation but the information sent to my phone did not match and I had to go back in. The worker had to call for instructions and then lock the store back up , walk back out while my story was verified and the correct information obtained. Just took longer than necessary. The truck I got had not been cleaned out. Because the information was wrong, I couldn’t submit pictures.
Matthew BIssue with ordering a dolly. It showed up on my end and on my receipt but it didn't show for the location. Took about 30 minutes to sort out.
