Floor was unstable upon entry. Literally wasnt sure if I was going to fall thru. Vehicle appeared clean., but if meaning maintained and properly logged, NO. We were told gas was full and in the computer it stated it was. It was not, had picture to prove. It was actually below 1/2 tank. They closed an hour before the rental time ended. Upon receiving my emailed receipt it showed a $30 gas handling fee and then a $41 charge for gas! I called the location, they would not pick up. I literally had called 7 times! The lady was quite rude and said they werent the ones who charged us.. it was corporate uhaul. I replied that she was the one who entered gas information. She argued, refused to correct it and said if I didnt like it to call corporate uhaul. Mimi at corporate fixed it immediately. I def would not recommend this location… it is worth the drive to the Ashland Terrace location!
