Don’t change the location of my pick up a day before my reservation, require me to drive an hour out of the way for pick up, and not provide some discount for the inconvenience.

DARYL TThe van was well maintained but dirty when I picked it up. There were food and grease stains in the back and in the cab. Even dirt spots on the head liner above the driver seat either from spray coming in the window or from a drink splashing.
