Had to call Uhaul as our contract was arbitrarily cancelled. Also we were given 20+ less miles than we needed for our one way. and we had to add the insurance again as it was missing when we went to pick up. Personnel could not answer basic questions like how much MPH does the truck get.

I was under the impression there was no mileage on this contract, and agent could not point out where it was in contract. I had to pay an extra charge that was not expected. but overall still felt we got good value.

It was apparent that the gentleman handling this did not know the special arrangements about me dropping The van off at another location. I was a bit surprised that he didn't know this

The cab was filthy. The windows were dirty and hard to roll up or down. The odor of "air freshener" was overwhelming. When I cleaned the cab I recovered an expired credit card, a multi pack of expired Midol, a silver colored Detroit Red Wings Zippo lighter, two pennies, a comb, a new men's watch, plenty of dirt and some sort of sticky, milky drink all over the middle seat console and the surrounding floor. After one hour, two buckets of cleaning solution and a couple ounces of window cleaner the cab was clean, it smelled clean and the windows rolled up and down with ease! The truck ran very well, had good power and a nice ride. We turned in a nice clean truck. We left the sand we found in the glovebox for someone else to clean. So, what can you do to improve for the next customer? How about providing a clean product, eh?

The AC was not working and it was a long drive because of that in 85 degree weather plus humidity. The change oil light was on as well.
