Very disappointing experience from the beginning. The truck rental started with problems. The key was extremely difficult to locate, and it took more than an hour to finally get the truck and leave the location. None of the key boxes had the key, and the people at the Oikos establishment said they do not work for U-Haul. After that, the key got stuck in the ignition, and at the end of my route I spent almost two hours communicating with customer service trying to resolve the problem. I eventually had to drive to a U-Haul service location so they could fix it. This situation caused me to lose a significant amount of time and money. Overall, the entire rental experience was very frustrating and much more difficult than it should have been.
