I had a wonderful experience. In particular, the office staff was tremendous...welcoming, explained things thoroughly, very kind! My thanks to both of them (especially the young lady staff member)! My only minor concern was with the truck itself, as the "0% Oil" light was illuminated.

CHRISTOPHER CUHaul's fleet is decaying. I see it. Overall you have problems that extend WAY above the local operator. YOU must know this already yet are ignoring it, or dragging your feet to address the problem.
