I needed a 20 foot truck and a car trailer for a move from Kansas to S.Carolina. I reserved those things from a U-Haul place 7 miles from my home. But when it was time to pick them up I was made to drive 35 extra miles for pick up because the local store didn't have both truck and trailer. They said “we don't do that†when I asked them to move which ever one wasn't at my store the day of pick up. Very inconvenient and poor customer service! At least the truck was reliable and got us there.
