Chris OThe Drop Off was terrible. The man would not even come out of his Office to check me in. He said he didn't have time and would email me when he did it. He never checked it back in until 2 days later after I got a message from UHAUL that I had not dropped it off yet. If he is too busy to check it in, he should not be a Drop Off for you. I am extremely disappointed.
