JONATHAN CFirst of all, I ordered a 20' truck and had a confirmation that I would have a truck from Cadiz ky, and even called to confirm the night before. When I arrived to get my truck there was no truck. Was sent to Hopkinsville to pick up a truck another 15 miles away from where I was supposed to get it costing me extra mileage to get my truck. Also the help I had arranged needed to leave at a certain time and that help was cut short so it ended up leaving me short handed and had to do a whole load myself. Very discouraged with u-haul over all. The person where I did get the truck from was very helpful and you are lucky to have the people you do. But overall my experience was very very bad. I would like for someone to reach out to me to discuss this issue.
