I was told I would recieve 20 miles for free because I had to drive 20 extra miles to pick up the uhaul because they did not have one at the uhaul nearest me. After the trip was over he refuses to honor that.

The young gentle man that assisted me with picking the right size truck, answering my questions and worked vary proficient made the moving day run smooth. The only thing I would do at this office is to get the staff one more staff person to help out. The facility appeared to be busy and more staff would make the business run more efficiently.
ALLISON AFirst off tge first truck had and was infected with roaches in truck. Then my personal vehicle was messed with that resoluted in damage to it and i asked for video and was told there was none and no. But damage happened from their property and couldn't do anything.
