It isn’t that the equipment was dirty or poorly maintained. It was that there were no furniture dollies available in any location. Also, the truck I had reserved was not there, so had to drive to this location to pick up my equipment.

Love the customer service
MERCEDES HI feel like the mileage rate was too high considering I had to gas up the truck before returning. The passenger side mirror kept moving while I was traveling down the highway, making it hard to see and change lanes. It was very dangerous! Thankfully I am a seasoned driver. The A/C only worked on High or Low, there was no in-between and the seats were really uncomfortable.
