I picked it up at Bullfrog, but original reservation began in Olive Branch, MS with Asia and that’s who I would like to recognize!! I would like to recognize Asia at the U Haul location in Olive Branch, Mississippi, for providing exceptional customer service. I came in on May 25th dealing with a very stressful situation and in need of assistance to continue my move for the day. Asia was extremely proactive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get a U-Haul and continue with my move without further delays. Her attitude, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a difficult day much easier for me. Not rush because there are not enough employees
Annie JI was given very little attention. I had to pull the trailer out from a partially blocked location and attach it to the hitch by myself.
William EDon’t change my pickup location the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck. I picked the pickup location based on ease and picking it up for a large reputable location and you changed it without talking to me to a small third party location. Since there are other options, I will not use U-Haul again.
