JEREMY RMy issue was not with the location. They were great. My issue is with U-Haul. On multiple occasions I have made reservations for specific equipment at specific locations and if I hadn't called to confirm the reservation days in advance I would not have known that the equipment I reserved was not available at the location where I needed to get it. It is very frustrating and I always try other companies before choosing uhaul.
Lisa KWe had to drive an hour for pick up and then an hour to drop off when there are many different places closer that rents uhauls. They tried charging me double the price when we went to pick it up. Just over all very bad experience
