Damage was not properly assessed before pick up tires were questionable.

Excellent customer service and Uhaul equipment at this location! Owner Kevin runs an excellent business. I certainly recommend and would purchase from this location again.

My town has two Uhaul locations. I had to drive to the next town that is 13 miles away to pick up my vehicle adding to the milage and cost of my rental. The lady I talked to had no idea about Uhaul rentals.

The trailer leaked. Roof needs to be re-sealed.

U HAUL Computer did not let me at first let me have the car dolly!! I was moving my small Kabota tractor and the computer said you would have to wait 24 hours. Kevin (from HOUSTON MO) got it set up for me to use it. This is was not right to do this to your customer. I will use KEVIN again. I struggle with UHAUL. Th

The owner had his home address listed as the business address, so my navigation app kept taking me to the wrong place. That made me late picking up the trailer. Then filling out the forms online again, even though I had already done all that through "Express" registration, took a lot longer than it should have. By the time I got to the drop-off location, it was closed.

The truck was dirty inside. It was only lose debris but I’m sure I would of been charged if I left it like that. As for the truck. It was the roughest running uhaul truck I have ever been in. The brake lights were checked and they did come on. I just had to push the pedal way down and there was a shuttering shake when braking. They made a squeal noise but not every time. I was just so surprised at the way that truck drove. The tires were probably barely legal as far as the tread goes. I had insurance on the truck but I didn’t take the renters advice for me to go buck wild in it... I figured he was only joking,

FYI for person working there. 10" trucks DO NOT have built in ramps! We specifically asked to reserve a truck with a ramp and an appliance dolly. (we are 65 years old and moving a washer/dryer to our son in Springfield.) She said " all our trucks have built in ramps" Three times she was asked, when my husband went up to pay for the truck, there was no appliance dolly. She had her daughter run to Licking to get one and it was there when we picked up the truck, which was after hours. No ramp. As we had to leave out early before they opened up, we had to manipulate a washer and dryer up to the bed of that truck which was about 3 foot off the ground! Would have been better renting a pick-up, it would have been lower! Very disappointing. Either the folks there, don't know the equipment or they just don't give a hoot.
