JUAN SI ordered a 10' truck with a furniture dolly and picked this location because they were one of the few that had one. The day before my rental started, I looked in the app, and it had been changed to a 15' truck and no dolly. It was after hours on a Saturday, and there was no one I could call. When I picked up the truck, the cab wasn't clean. There was dirt, gunk, and white powder on the dash, console, and floor. I didn't want to touch anything. Using the app to find and pick up the keys was a more complicated process than I expected. First of all, the trucks were across the street. I didn't notice any signage directing me to the other lot. There was also no clear signage indicating where the key boxes were located. Overall, I did not have a good experience. I've used U-haul a lot in my lifetime and this was the most frustrating experience.
