More instructions or streets signs would have been helpful, for dropoff that was hidden in a back lot out of street view. Staff to the business was not readily available at my time of drop off which led to my confusion and delay.
JOHN YI booked for 12- didn’t get the U-Haul from them until 1:30 because of U-Haul issues! N I booked for 24hrs n yet had to return it by 7pm - the lady was doing her best but U-Haul company has horrible website n reservations so messed up!
