We waited for a U-Haul for 3 hours in the hot sun we called before we even got there smh but we got there no one answered the door ,we called 5-8 times no answer then I called a few hours later i get an answer

The location doesn't actually have someone on site delayed my rental and my return was botched

Ravenna CNo one notified me that this is a self check in and self check out. Did not get the help i Needed from the management regarding the service . I have had a bad experience for renting the truck from the location and I will not do it again from that location.
ZAKIR HI had to take over an hour to get my truck and my equipment was not included. I ended up have Inc to drive to another location to pick up the code to get a key. Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend it
