MARTHA TI arrived to pick up my rental unit and there was no Dropbox instructions or anything. I completed the k on line checking and was told to “head in and get the keys from someone onsite) problem was no one was there. They decided to take their lunch right before I was to arrive. By the time they did arrive they acted like they couldn’t help me because they were still on lunch. They finally helped me and after waiting more time they retrieved the keys. This delay put my time Table off and resulted in me having to bring it back late and incur another day of rent.
