They are trying to say that there was damage done to the truck when i returned it on a one way rental. i did not damage this truck. I took pictures before I left the lot of the front, back and both sides. I never thought i would have to take pictures of the top. i am working with U-haul area field manager concerning this matter and I truly regret renting this truck from Market Street Storage and due to this issue and being charged for damages that I did not do, I WILL NEVER RENT FROM U=HAUL AGAIN and NOBODY SHOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MARKET STREET STORAGE!!!
