We returned after hours. There was no place to legally park the truck. (even though those are the instructions on the app)We had to park in a no park zone and fear the consequences. We were charged extra for gas. We returned it fuller than it was when we got it and got charged. We were also charged for 15 extra miles that we didn’t even use. We are not happy about this transaction at all.

JERED GArrived at this location at 5:37 pm. Office hours says it closes at 6pm Mon-Sat. Locked up and phone was busy signal. Could not confirm where to leave the truck nor safeguard of the furniture dolly in the back.
STACEY FFix the leaks in the truck. My couch was soaked and bedrooms furniture ended up warped from the water leaking in the front of the box truck. The lady at the desk could care less and her customer service wasn’t the greatest.
