Crystal GTo who it may concern, This vehicle at the time of pick-up had the check engine light on. We had no idea if the engine was going give out while transporting. The vehicle would not exceed 35-40 MPH without making the most ungodly sound that literally rattled the brain. Please do not let others use this U-Haul until proper maintenance has been performed. This causes a stressful and an unsafe driving experience for everyone involved. I’ve used this service plenty of times in the past but this experience was by far the worst. We returned the vehicle without even fully completing the task the U-Haul was needed for. Needless to say we get actually movers, with a properly working Truck to get us moved in. Do better….
Barron FAnthony explained the service very well. Offered helpful suggestions, showed us the truck and how to use the features. Truck, tires etc in excellent condition. Will definitely use him again!
