I signed up online to pickup the truck. It was very frustrating to even get the key. Every time I followed the instructions, the system would take me back to the beginning. The store manager had to call the person in charge to help. He was helpful. I just wouldn't use the online service anymore. Other than that, all went well.

I had the most horrible experience this time using UHaul. Two days, over an hour trying to pick up the vehicle, hard to take pictures because it was crammed in a tight spot. on hold for 30 minutes one day and 25 the next day. NEVER AGAIN

In my opinion, this location should NOT be listed as "attended." I was there several times during regular business hours over the course of 2 days. The UHaul rep was never there and was not reliably available by phone. The location itself seems somewhat seedy and unsafe. I had trouble getting the truck returned properly even though I was returning it during his posted business hours and attempted to contact him. It is Tuesday as I write this. The truck was returned on Sunday. The whole transaction was only finally closed out today and that was only after repeated calls by my to both the UHaul corporate number and the regional CS number for this area. It was all very disconcerting as I had no clue whether or not I was still being charged for the truck, or if it had been logged in as returned. It is a moot point to say, "I will never rent here again," because I almost certainly will never need a truck in that area again. I do think it's worth saying that I would definitely recommend that no one else try to deal with this mess and that UHaul Inc should seriously consider whether or not this is how they want their company represented.

The truck was very high mileage (over 160000) and the power steering stopped working a couple of times. Engine ran very rough and ride was quite bumpy. They didn't have the appliance dolly I reserved. To solve the problem, my dolly reservation was cancelled and I was unable to return it with the truck.

It is not the locations fault I was unhappy with the experience, the app is horrible. After two and a half hours trying to pick up the truck and multiple calls for assistance we were finally on our way. The Gentleman I spoke to at the facility was actually very helpful.

When I made my reservation I had ordered furniture pads, but none were available when I picked up the trailer. The owner of the store said that since there has been a change in the district and district manager, he does not get supplied with enough equipment.

The turn signal was out and they couldn't get it working, so they had me take my fully loaded truck to another location and transfer the entire load by myself. I was promised a $100 discount for my trouble, but that never materialized.

I was charged for gas even though i put the amount of gas that was supposed to be in it. And i am having to wait to get my money back...dropped it off sunday was told i have to wait until tuesday. Very unhappy.

The man who operated the business was very unprofessional. It was an independent phone repair/uhaul business operated inside a gas station and as much as i respect entreprenuers this was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. The operator of the business only opened between the hours of 12 and 4 pm. The rental was extremely dirty and stinked. The owner just handed me the keys and never went out to inspect the vehicle before i left. When i returned to drop off the vehicle, the owner was not there but after calling his cell phone he told me to just leave the keys with the gas station attendant. When we asked for a receipt to finalize the contract the attendant got into an verbal altercation with my wife and gave us back the keys, saying he refused to take responsibility, and making a scene. Not wanting to leave without a receipt, we waited for the owner to arrive and who was rude and acted like we were in the wrong for asking for proof.

Recommend to a friend - I say yes because of the U-Haul person, but there are negatives for the other review points. The U-Haul person was knowledgeable of my issues (me coming from another U-Haul store), efficient if working the paper, and got me going with little time lost. Rate location - The portion of the convenience store where U-Haul works out of was dirty, cluttered and shared with other money making activities. Equipment cleanliness - Interior was dirty and drink residue in cup holders; Seat belts stained. Box had not been swept out.

I called the Copperfield U-Haul to rent a trailer. The women I talked with said they had the one I needed. I specifically asked if I would be picking up the trailer at her location and was told yes. When I got the confirmation, the trailer was at the Igomobile location, not the Copperfield location. When I called the Igomobile location to let them know I would be late picking up the trailer (last Friday) I was told that he decided to close early (3 hours early) and was on his way home. I will say he did meet my son at the location to get the trailer. My overall experience was very disappointing.
