it was a dirt lot on a dirt road with the trucks parked under trees very hard to fine nobody there to accept delivery finally found someone who worked for the shed company that accepts the trucks he took keys and put them in a box hanging on a tree and then they send a charge for an extra day saying i didnt return it on time when i was clearly there for a while trying to find someone to accept delivery and when i asked for a receipt he said he didnt know how to do it and you would get an email a very unprofessional and amteur opearation

Location was very good. Rep was very helpful. Access was easy. The trailer itself, while functional, is pretty worn out.

We did a self drop off. The property doesn’t appear to be a Uhaul and isn’t very inviting. Signage isn’t good.

This was the only place I was allowed to drop off a 6x12 trailer. Four other place said they were full.

This location was difficult to locate nothing stood out that it was Uhaul. However the attendant made up for that. He was welcoming and friendly very pleasant to deal with. I was standing in the lot and trying to find where to go and he came out and met me at the truck. Great customer service! Thank you
