Guy that helped me when I picked it up was great. When I returned it the guy that checked me in didn't even know how to open the rear doors on the trailer which was odd and a bit concerning.

This was my first experience with uhaul I was going to go to a different location (Veterans Memorial) and I'm glad I didnt the young man at the location was friendly professional and quite handsome he made the entire process very pleasant. Thanks Uhaul!!

After being delayed by an hour for my pickup due to your system not working I was able to leave. I also was told by the Assistant Manager if I didn’t use the pads I would receive a refund. We didn’t use any of the pads during the move and were actually given a set where the plastic was already torn open. Then when I returned the truck with less than 24 hours of rental due to a delay caused by your system I was told I wouldn’t get the refund mentioned by the Assistant Manager. We have moved several times and always used UHaul. NEVER in 20 years of renting with U-Haul have I had such a bad experience. Not allowed to have a full 24 hours and then told no refund even those the Assistant manager said I would get one. I do not plan on using UHaul in the future. I’ll find a truck company that keeps their word and doesn’t cause unnecessary delays.

Please keep Mr. Ine & Mrs. Connie in place they Are Great not only for there jobs at Uhaul but there people skills, there customer service you just can’ get anymore , they just really vocus on there customers individually by knowing who’s who and who will, and my god ms. Connie I just love her so. Make a long story short I will recommend her store at anytime even if it’s 3am morning. Love U haul. ??

My overall experience was somewhat dissapointing. I made a reservation online and chose the check-out process via mobile. When i arrived at the location to pick up the truck, I went through the process, from verification ID up until it was time to pick up the keys. The mobile site said the keys were in a compartment and when i opened it, there was nothing in there. I went inside to ask for the key and they man there, treated the whole transaction as if it was a brand new reservation. I have rented from U-haul before and the process has not taken this long. He had to verify my identity using my ID then had to call someone who knew me. (mind you, i did this the first time i rented a truck else where, but not susequently at other locations). THe process was slow and i was already frustrated since i couldnt use the mobile app to rent the pick up truck. My credit card was put a hold of the total of the pick u truck three times, limiting my spending ability that afternoon, (until today 7/27/18, my credit card still has 3 holds of $75.00). I asked the man if i was going to be charged only once, since i had already done the reservation online and couldnt rent it through the mobile app, he said 'no' and he asked my credit card. I've been very happy at other facilities, but not this one. WIll rent again from my other facilities, not this one.

If you are not of same race/color as the people working there you will be perceived as you are going to steal there rental within the time rented. I Rented a van for business reasons which I’ve rented trailers as in the past and completion experience was worst I’ve ever experienced. I rented a van at 3pm, I refinish solid wood furniture and I told I them I may only need it for 4-5 hours but they will be closed by time I’m done so I will be returning van in the morning. By 9:30am next morning I’m receiving threatening calls from there representative Connie that I’m need to bring van back or ELSE THEY WILL CALL IT IN STOLEN and that I stole the van from them. Not even 18Hrs into my rental. My referral client received a call that I had stolen a Uhaul van. As soon as I woke up at 10am after working on clients furniture till 4am that morning I woke to my client’s forwarded voice message that I stole a uhaul van. I took the van immediately back to local UHAUL location and was very upset that I was perceived to have stolen Uhaul van. I asked the rep Connie about the message she left my client and myself about stealing there Uhaul van. She said that it’s normal to leave messages like that because they have had property stolen before Which i believe that is very unexceptable. I never received an apologies from her nor the store manager which was present through the whole ordeal.
