LEMUEL HDarryl was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He went over and beyond to assist with my rental. When I arrived to return the truck at closing time; he still took the time to check in the truck and finalized the bill.
MONTRICE JFirst, this experience was horrible. I reserved a truck to move my daughter to austin may 21st. I was picking up before you opened and when i pulled up my account you had a espinal rececio tied to my account so it showed no reservation and had to postpone her move until the next day. I couldnt edit my primary number associated to my account (why, im sure its "policy") and since you have the wrong number no reservation was registered even though i did. The next day i picked up the truck (nightmare process for ride share) and it smelled like something died in there so windows down to austin sweating nonstop the entire way. I would appreciate a refund. Ive used uhaul a ton of times and this just sucked!
