Francisco CThe vehicle that I received had a very strong smoke/cigarette smell. There was also cigarette buds in the back. I advised the customer service rep and they went out and tried to blow the smoke out and gave me an air freshener it that really didn’t help. It was had to drive in that vehicle even with the air freshener that was given and with the windows down in the hot weather. Other than that the service was great. No other issues.
