How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe business we showed up to said they are open from 8AM-2PM. I set my appointment for noon and there was no one there to help us as this was my first time renting a U-Haul. Delayed us for over an hour and we needed to purchase boxes from them. How were we going to do all that with no representative there? Terrible location and terrible customer service from U-Haul when we called customer service and they were very aggressively raising their voice at us over the phone when we tried to go through the app to confirm. Never will I ever go back to this shit location.
