When we came to pick it up we were literally 5 min late and there was no one there, when the attendant did show up (20min later) she had an attitude and said if we were there exactly at the reservation time she would've been there. I would think that attendants would atleast be there and wait at least 30min in case someone is stuck in traffic and running late. I will never use this location for Uhaul again.

LIVAN MThere should be someone on site to help you with any issues. The website was taking forever to load. I had a pickup time for 12 and I didn’t get in the truck until around 12:45. Very frustrating
