The reservation was for a 9am mobile self check in. Arrived at 9am and the lock and key was not setup for me to use the self check in. The store didn’t open until 10am. I caught an uber to the store but because nothing was setup propoerly, i had to stand outside for a hour until customer service was able to find a manager at a different location to drive to me and let me in. The truck was FILTHY. So filthy that the manager commented that the trucks are usually in better condition and kept apologizing. Horrible experience.

NATALEE CWhen we came to pick it up we were literally 5 min late and there was no one there, when the attendant did show up (20min later) she had an attitude and said if we were there exactly at the reservation time she would've been there. I would think that attendants would atleast be there and wait at least 30min in case someone is stuck in traffic and running late. I will never use this location for Uhaul again.

LIVAN MThere should be someone on site to help you with any issues. The website was taking forever to load. I had a pickup time for 12 and I didn’t get in the truck until around 12:45. Very frustrating
