First of all, the TRUCK was very UNSAFE! The headlights was missing a bulb in one and the other didn’t work. SO NO HEADLIGHTS. The parking is ridiculous for the truck I had. The office was CLOSED NO HELP. I was VERY UNSATISFIED! I don’t think I should have to pay anything for all the chaos I endured dealing with UHAUL!! During my MOVE. I’m very unhappy from start.

Keitrick LThe truck operated well though it was a little dirty in the cab as well as in the back. This didn't bother me though I was worried that I would be accused of leaving the truck dirty. One thing that I appreciated was the employee advising me that it is better to return the truck during working hours because if the truck was vandalized or anything happened then I would be responsible. No one had ever told me this and good to know.
