To make sure the rep explains the contract. Especially the drop off location. We specified Dallas and they did not make that change even though they agreed they changed it. Now we paid double for their mistake. Would not recommend at all

I originally did an online reservation to rent a smaller truck for 24hrs. I went to the store that day to complete the order. They ended up asking me if I could return the truck sooner to help other families. I said sure thing. Much appreciated! I was even given the associates number to call if anything happened. Well we were unable to move in that evening due to the other apartments. I called and notified via text. Awesome experience! The next day.... different story. I was blown up in the morning asking for the truck and I explained the situation but "it doesn't matter"(didn't as this point). And the attitude was completely different! I said I can try as soon as I can, I kept giving updated times. It began to rain, it was only me moving. I was going as fast as I can. Every two hours, they would call and leave voicemails. Robert was one of them. I don't know how this guy even works in customer service... I was trying to explain to him my situation and he said he doesn't matter, we need that truck for another family who reserved that vehicle. As I was explaining to him about online reservation.. he said there was none. His tone and what he was saying was just coming off so rude. I was trying... Um ok? Anyways, Let's say I reserved it for 24hrs which I wanted to, how would they have been able to come in for a truck? Shouldn't there be others? Or another location? You're telling me this family waited all day? Instead of getting another truck, the employees spent all day calling me? I eventually had to put my phone down so I could focus. My main concern now was getting this truck back and not enjoying my new apartment. It was horrible. I don't understand this locations or the company's logistics but the other locations seem to have plenty of trucks. This was my personal first time getting a uhaul. Someone else always did the ordering. I know I'm one person and I may not count but I believe you should know as a company that a ex-customer will never use uhaul again because of this experience. Thank you for your help with moving that day!

Service was not goog, it clear from the employees skill that the most important is the your money and not the customer need. Light concetion of the trailers are old, not fit for modern cars, i had to to buy an new adaptor.

The problem was with your computer system. It was not letting people with reservation check out faster. It took way to long to do that. Over one hour. Need to fix that!!!!!!!!!

The associates that helped me were amazing and trying to get me on my way. But between the computer issues and my truck not being at my first location as promised I had to go to a different location and it cost me 4 hrs of my day. I require a change in your policy regarding people late bringing back equipment. I expect the change to include a hefty fee for being late. Example: if a person forgets to bring it back they get to pay for my daily rental, and pay a additional fee of minimum $100 dollars but $250 might help people to not forget again. To go back to the associates that helped me Milton and Ava were great!!

I accepted the $8 LDW for insurance when I payed the initial payment. I wasn't told i would be charged per day. I feel I was misled having to pay more without awareness. fraudulent. I will file an affidavit with my bank with these charges. I did tell one of the employees that they need to take off the LDW adjusting the account then charged the account if not I do not authorize payment that I will file an affidavit with my bank for fraudulent

Please make sure to have your representatives to be extremely precise in the fuel readings. My situation was not explicitly on the dot accurate. Upon returning the vehicle it turned out that a distance of 1or 2 millimeters ended up having me charged $10.63 for fuel....

Ana was exceptional! And the other folks who helped when I needed to keep the van overnight were very accommodating. I had originally intended to rent a small pickup from Enterprise which would have taken me at least two trips to move what I needed, but the van allowed me to d it in one easy trip for basically the same cost. I'm glad I thought to look up U-Haul and you were so close. Thank you.

I noticed I was charged the rental rate for a 15fy truck , originally this was the truck but I switched once I realized the truck was too big to a 10ft truck with a base rental charge of 19.95. Is there anyway I can be reimbursed for this
