The main issue I had was with customer service. I was told my drop off location was one place when I contacted the place they had no idea what I was talking about then I called customer service and they sent me to another place where I did an after hour drop off. I call customer service again about my refund for the dolly I wasn’t provided just to be told I was never assigned a drop off location by the First Lady I talk to and should I been contact to tell me not to drop off there and reassigned another location but I had already dropped off by that time and no one had contacted me about anything.. it was just a terrible experience all together and I’m really disappointed in Uhaul because I’ve never had this issue before.
