The drop off point was not a UHaul store, so, as a first time customer, I was confused about where to leave the truck and how to return it. The store has a rep standing outside. He was helpful and patient to. He explained everything.
KEVIN EI booked a truck and trailer in preference to the size of what I needed according to U-Haul and my vehicle didn’t fit making this a huge problem for me.
