Jack TMorning time - The gentleman was awesome who set me up with the RV! Top notch professional! Return time - Not too friendly but I somewhat understand (I arrived 5 minutes before closing). He wasn't mean or disrespectful either. He told me he could not write up my return because that would put him in Overtime. I said that was okay, he could just email me the next day. He must have still done it that night though because it was in my email when I got home. Thanks for an overall Great Experience!
