We dropped off after hours and didn't interact with anyone. The location was very convenient for us. The dropoff was effortless. We got the after rental docs emailed to us soon after.

I dropped the uhaul rental off after hours so I didn't interact with any personel
CHADWICK VI would not recommend the location we picked up at. We ordered an appliance dolly and was never told that they didn't have one until I checked the back of the unit to find that there was no dolly in there. They proceeded to call the U-Haul across the street, and sent us there to get a Appliance Dolly. Guess what, they didn't have one either. So, I was misled and lied to by the pick up location. Terrible experience overall.
