I would not recommend the location we picked up at. We ordered an appliance dolly and was never told that they didn't have one until I checked the back of the unit to find that there was no dolly in there. They proceeded to call the U-Haul across the street, and sent us there to get a Appliance Dolly. Guess what, they didn't have one either. So, I was misled and lied to by the pick up location. Terrible experience overall.
