The location was closed, nobody around. Had to call the number painted on the side of the building to ensure drop-off location. Return was processed nearly 8 hours later, which caused me additional charges for an additional day.

The app and the actual method was different, I chose self pick up but had to still chat with an associate at the location because the app didn’t provide the unlock code to me.
TAKEERA PDon’t give away their uhaul and car hauler when it’s reserved. I had to leave my car after having to find another uhaul on a Friday after driving 5 hrs from Ky to AL.
