REGINALD DVehicle has No Brakes. Had to drive extra slow. Vehicle struggled with a light load to haul. Vehicle was issued to me with Zero Fuel. Vehicle couldn't charge a phone. Worst UHaul experience ever. I will never rent from this place again.
