The process never used to be so hard you all charged 156 for 2 hours and 30miles plus the verification process made me run 45 minutes into my reservation time then you all wanted to charge 49 to extend the hours when all the other trucks were not being utilized I will never be using uhual again
Jayla WThe lady at the counter on Saturday 11/8 at 1130am was very cold and not customer friendly at all. The equipment was fine but she needs to work on her people skills. That goes a long way with people.
RENEE C89 cents per mile is ridiculous, This experience was eye opening. Never again .
