I was sent to a different location from the one I selected to go to another one that had all the things I requested. When I got there I was missing the blankets and boxes I needed for the move. I have to drive around to other locations to get the boxes and blankets (and I had to pay the extra miles I chase all that to you). Also, that goose chase delayed me 2 hours. I had movers sitting on their hands at my home with no truck to move things into. Overall extremely disappointed with U-Haul.
