Honestly, I have such low expectations of customer service in most areas that I would express my opinion as “relief” thst the truck was there and that it was running. I had to replace a windshield wiper. I had to drive to the original location to pick up my packing stuff I had already paid for (and they actually didn’t have). This place didn’t have the blankets… I didn’t wait long. I was happy that U-Haul reached out to me to find a truck instead of letting me show up and not have one. (Which happens on the regular with car rental places) Overall, it’s a slow process to pick up any rental vehicle and this was a quick as any. The truck was better than expected. Gas mileage was closer to 8 mpg. .

Not rented, the system was.having issues. They weren't able.to resolve it so we declined.
BRENDA LHaul truck was extremely raggedy and could not drive over 20 miles, this caused me to need the truck longer for use and I incurred extra charges. The truck was shacking and brakes were extremely bad. I will never use haul again. First and last experience.
Dion RWorst U-Haul we have gotten. The truck alignment was so bad that it was not safe to drive long distance. The truck ac wasn’t working because black smoke came from underneath it. Truck made loud sounds when driving and smoke was underneath when driving more then 10 min into the drive. Worst truck rental ever. Very disappointed
Jaclyn CThe office was closed when I arrived and had a sign that said they would reopen at 1PM. I left the truck and went to have lunch and returned at 1:15 PM. The sign had been changed to say they would now reopen at 2 PM. I could not wait so I left the truck and dropped the key into the overnight box. When I had not received my receipt via email, I called the location to make sure they had received the truck and checked it in. The employee, claiming to be the manager, was very rude and said I was not in their system and they had not received any trucks that day. When I asked for the address of her location she screamed at me several times that I was not in their system and for me to call U-Haul directly. When I continued to ask for her address, another employee got on the phone and also yelled into the receiver telling me to call U-Haul. I called U-Haul and while I was on the phone with them the truck was checked in and closed out. It's obvious that they had not walked their lot or checked the overnight drop box.
