Hours for pickup were sub-optimal. I figure for most people on a Saturday needing to move things would like the option of picking up before 9:30am.

Arely CI want to know why i was charged an additional $40+. I filled back up, no accidents, no scrapes and I turned the truck in before the alloted time. Don't steal from your customers.
