I was given wrong rental information after I had already paid, and was only given a rental time of 4 hrs. Anything after that would be another charge of what I had already paid. Wasn't until I spoke with the boss and she said what her employee told me was wrong and incorrect. I felt taken advantage of. I already spent $60 for only 4 hrs. Waist if time. Guy at the counter lied and contradict what the actual boss told me later.

Cheryla LLocation is confusing - primarily an auto sales lot with a handful of Uhaul equipment, no signage or Uhaul ID on door or office. Reserved a truck and appliance dolly online - the dolly was out of stock at pickup. No help in locating another. Windshield was filthy - wipers did not help. Basically a self serve setup and would not recommend.
Kenneth BThe location I went to was great. The issue I had was the first location for my original reservation did not have the truck for me. They forwarded my reservation to another uHual and the worker started he did not have any information on me. He then would not answer my calls. The original uHual location sent me to another 2nd location and there was no one worker there and they too would not answer their calls. I was then sent to a third location that was amazing BUT I literally wasted over an hour of my day running around trying to find a truck
Jacqueline Daccess to drop off the truck was limited , asked for a receipt , and was told it would be emailed , no one walked out to inspect the truck ( which I cleaned thoroughly ) mentioned I had boxes damaged by water infiltrating into the side of the truck. I would have preferred to have everything checked when I returned the truck , and if there were any issues we could address them then and there. Truck ran great and did the job.
