The cab floor/windshield was dirty. The truck was unlocked, and the passenger window was rolled halfway down. The app did not work well and kicked me out as I was completing the checkout, not allowing me to finish, so I took pictures to finish, and called the direct truck line one more time to report the mileage and gas level.
