Horrible. Couldnt complete rental by the store computer system, or the app and live guy on phone couldnt get me any texts. Took an hour plus to get out of there. Trailer leaked considerably in light rain, then uhaul called me next day questioning how long I planned to keep my returned 2 hours early trailer. Guy wouldnt listen to me. dealer wouldnt answer phone, I had to call uhaul via 800 number to straighten things out. 25 dollar trailer rental cost me over 200 dollars in lost work time and much frustration. Never renting at this location again, because it has never been quick or easy or staight forward.

Nice folks. Convenient location. Equipment is junk. Everything is long in the tooth. Trucks with no power and worn out trannys trailers with doors that jam etc. Cant reccomend
JAMES BEverything worked out great. I was dropped off to pick up the U-Haul truck but wasn’t able to get a ride back home if I wasn’t completed by 2:00 pm. I spoke with Customer service and was offered a ride home if I dropped off the truck at 5:00 pm. As it turned out, I completed early and returned the truck around 11:30 am. It was comforting to know I could have had a ride back home, which was approximately 12 miles away if needed.
WILLIAM GVehicle drove as if on its last gasp. Piece of junk, tranny horrible, no power. Worst uhaul I ever drove, and Ive driven plenty. Size was perfect for the job, John was professional and helpfull. Van was clean. But driveability total crap. $85 Bucks for super local and and hour or two felt like way too much.
