Everything worked out great. I was dropped off to pick up the U-Haul truck but wasn’t able to get a ride back home if I wasn’t completed by 2:00 pm. I spoke with Customer service and was offered a ride home if I dropped off the truck at 5:00 pm. As it turned out, I completed early and returned the truck around 11:30 am. It was comforting to know I could have had a ride back home, which was approximately 12 miles away if needed.

Vehicle drove as if on its last gasp. Piece of junk, tranny horrible, no power. Worst uhaul I ever drove, and Ive driven plenty. Size was perfect for the job, John was professional and helpfull. Van was clean. But driveability total crap. $85 Bucks for super local and and hour or two felt like way too much.
