This is not a uhaul location... It's a detail shop with a very small lot to pull in to. The staff were nice but this again is not where I had chosen to turn my truck in. We drove to the location only to find it was under construction and not in business and I had to get on my app to find out where to go to turn it in and I was almost late. I've never had such an experience in renting uhauls.

easy drop off was all good

Jared SDrop off was just a small gas station area that had very limited places to park. Thank goodness I didn't have a 26' truck!
SUSAN SI called to say I was on my way cause I was running 20 minutes late and 10 minutes had already gone by so I’d be there in 10 minutes and the girl said she waited for me and was leaving to drop a car off and wouldn’t be back til 1. It was 12:10. She didn’t get back til after 1:30 so I had to wait. I understand I should have been on time but I did call and they couldn’t wait 10 minutes on me so I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes on them.
