hard to find the U-Haul sign with the barcode to scan and drop the keys. Parking was tight. It was just a drop-off so no personnel were involved.
Larry HLocation was horrible. The parking lot had so many potholes. The equipment was just parked randomly making it hard to move the truck out. The original location that I booked the reservation for literally didn’t even have any trucks upon arrival on moving day. I had to try two different locations in order to secure a rental. This delayed my moving day by two hours. The actual truck I drove did not run great. The windshield was FILTHY. I could barely even see out of it. Did not have a good experience
