Truck was interior filthy and check engine light was on agent told me she could have it cleaned but it would be a couple of hours. I had movers waiting for me at my house. She said the check engine light was “normal” just an O2 sensor-“don’t worry about it”. Also, she said the truck was due back at 1030 on Saturday-I returned the truck and trailer at 1030 and later saw that it was actually do back at 910! So I was charged an extra 60 dollars for another day. When I called the drop off location to clarify-I said-well if I am paying for an extra day-I would like to use the equipment for that day to unload my storage unit. She said, sorry too late we already checked it in. Very disappointing. I’ve rented from u guys quite often, and this is very unfortunate.

Was easy to get.
Brandon LIt wasn't clear where the barcode was to scan and pick up. If a note could be put in or in the email confirmation, that could be helpful for first time users. Otherwise, everything was great.
Kathrine DWe had a lot of problems with the U-Haul website, but customer service from both U-Haul and Safe Mini Storage was excellent in helping us. One thing we were not expecting was to pick up the truck with almost no gas, so just be aware that the amount of gas in your vehicle will apparently vary.
