Please consider the actual needs of the customer with smaller equipment rentals. I literally used this for 6.5 hours, not 2 days. This allowed you all to rent the equipment out again, potentially doubling profits for that piece of equipment.
CHAD HWe bought wardrobe boxes and were told they would buy back ones that weren’t used, so we bought extras. Tried to return them there- to be told “oh, you have to return them to a U-Haul store”…the “U-Haul Store” wouldn’t take them because we bought them at a different location. Now I’m stuck w 80 bucks worth of cardboard. Not good.
PATRICK RIf you have “appliance” dolly on your reservation then give the customer one or offer him/her a discount. Don’t argue that it’s not on the reservation. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced with UHAUL and I’ve used them for decades.
