The customer service I received was excellent when I ran to an issue with GPS not picking up my location. That would have been a major issue, had it not been resolved. I would advise that ensuring mechanically, the vehicle is ready, I noticed after that the tires, were not equal in thread dept. And that one was good and one, not so good on front and back. Ensure good tires all around, and balanced. Whether long or short, that could affect anyone. Thanks
