This center should be shut down. Purchases a rental truck and boxes for move. Went to return unused boxes that clearly have 100% buyback guarantee on the box. Had receipt. Randy refused to return saying it's not their policy. Said he had to get authorization from U-Haul even though he said they purchase the boxes and they are not U-Haul owned. Randy is a liar and U-Haul should be ashamed of treating long time customers this way. Time to get a different rental truck company if this is what happens over card board boxes.

GREGORY YThe lock on the trailer was rusted and broken. We had to use duck tape to secure the lock. We did not notice this until we arrived at our moving location. The gentleman who worked there was kind, helpful and made sure we hooked up the trailer safely before we left.
