CYNTHIA SWe received a text to drop off at a location close to our final destination. then got a call to drop it off at a location further away. When we arrived they didn't know we were coming and wouldn't except the truck. She called transportation who then emailed us a new location to drop off. This location was only a couple of miles further but we were charged per mile and don't feel the last 10 miles should have been charged to us. Also, they didn't communicate to us the drop off times and hit us with additional charges. We would not recommend U-Haul for your move.
